Ankita Kapil is the Head of Partner Core Solution Architecture, AsiaPacific & Japan at Amazon Web Services (AWS). She leads the core technology strategy that powers AWS partners across the region, enabling them to deepen technical capabilities, scale AI and cloud solutions, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes through technical depth, co-building, and program-scaling initiatives. A champion for Women in Tech, Ankita is passionate about building growth-minded teams that operate with a Day 1 mindset.

Previously, Ankita was Head of Field Technology Strategy & Operations for APJ at AWS, where she built a world-class function delivering operational excellence across the region. She led cross-functional partnerships spanning partner, developer, startups, coverage, and specialist teams, and oversaw operations for 150+ Solutions Architects across ASEAN, driving business and operational insights that shaped long-term growth plans.

With nearly two decades at the centre of how technology gets built, sold, and supported, Ankita brings deep experience across tech strategy, operations, and transformation. Before AWS, she spent over a decade at Avaya leading solutions architecture and large-scale enterprise deployments across global markets.

Ankita holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, and is a fellow of the NUS Women in Finance Leaders in the World programme. She is based in Singapore
