Ashwini serves on the Women of the Channel Asia Advisory Board (since 2019) and the CRN Asia Channel Awards Advisory Board (since 2025), where she advocates for inclusive leadership and sustainable ecosystem growth across the technology channel.
A strategic alliances and GSI leader and proven channel ecosystem builder, Ashwini brings over 20 years of experience scaling high-impact partner networks across APAC and Japan and is currently serving as Senior Strategic Partnership Manager - SI, APJ at Wiz. She specializes in translating strategy into pipeline, co-sell execution, and multi-year GTM programs—driving partner-led growth across cybersecurity, cloud, and AI. Throughout her career and across regional leadership roles at Wiz, Cloudflare, UiPath, Palo Alto Networks, SolarWinds, and Oracle, she has built and scaled transformative partnerships, accelerating channel-led growth across APAC.
As a Board Advisor for Women of the Channel Asia, Ashwini brings deep APJ market expertise and a strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the channel ecosystem. She is focused on ensuring that partner ecosystems are not only high-performing, but also intentionally inclusive—creating pathways for women to participate meaningfully in leadership forums, strategic deal cycles, and ecosystem decision-making.
Her contributions are anchored in three core areas: ecosystem enablement, leadership development, and community advocacy. She designs inclusive partner frameworks and co-sell models that embed equitable access to opportunity, while mentoring and sponsoring women across career stages to build influence, executive presence, and long-term leadership trajectories.
She drives platforms and initiatives that amplify women’s voices across APJ and globally—bridging community engagement with tangible career advancement. Her impact extends to the next generation, having co-led a landmark cybersecurity badge program in Singapore with Palo Alto Networks, Accenture, and USA Girl Scouts Overseas, inspiring young girls aged 4–18 to explore careers in technology.
These efforts are reinforced through her leadership of Women Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI councils across multiple organizations, as well as her founding of a global Lean In peer support network—creating high-impact communities where women can grow, connect, and lead with confidence. She also contributes thought leadership through her Women of the Channel blog series, sharing perspectives on leadership, growth, and navigating the evolving channel ecosystem.
She contributes actively to the Singapore ecosystem as a Volunteer Career Advisor with Workforce Singapore (Ministry of Manpower), having been part of the program since its inaugural cohort in 2021. In this capacity, she mentors early- and mid-career professionals—particularly within the Infocomm and technology sectors—with a strong focus on supporting women, guiding them on career navigation, skill development, and long-term growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Beyond one-on-one mentorship, Ashwini is frequently invited as a speaker and panelist at industry and Workforce Singapore–led forums, where she shares insights on career development, personal branding, and emerging opportunities in AI and technology. Through a combination of personalized mentoring, community engagement, and industry thought leadership, she plays a pivotal role in bridging talent with opportunity—supporting the development of a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
Ashwini’s impact has been widely recognized through both industry and employer honors, including CRN Global Woman of the Week (2025), Channel Asia Women in ICT Awards (2021), Top Women in Cybersecurity (2020 Nominee), and Singapore 100 Women in Tech (2020 Nominee). She has also received multiple employer awards, including Palo Alto Networks Channel Business Manager of the Year, JAPAC Superhero, Century Club Winner, and the Global “How We Roll” Culture Award, alongside SolarWinds APAC Top Channel Sales Achiever and Oracle Champion Business Development Consultant and Most Valuable Player—underscoring her sustained impact in driving partner-led growth and ecosystem leadership across APAC and Japan.
