With 30+ years of experience in the IT fraternity, successfully holding various roles in
business development, customer relationship management and marketing largely
in the partner ecosystem areas.
During the tenure at Oracle Corporation, Helen had the opportunity to do various
Channels roles including successful initiatives on ISVs, VARs Go-to-Market programs
across Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China. Helen’s role prior to the partner
ecosystem fraternity was in Marketing and Public Relations, during which she had
ideated innovative programs to support the growth of business for Oracle
Corporation.
In 2017, she joined SAP Asia Pacific & Japan to support the business development
of the OEM / ISVs initiative at SAP. Subsequently leading the Business Development
focus for the Software Partner Solutions Go-to-Market at SAP Asia Pacific and
Japan.
Currently, as the Global Alliance Lead for SAP Partnership at FPT Software, she
oversees all channel development and related programs on SAP.
Helen holds an MBA in International Marketing and Business Development from
Camden University via Asian Institute of Management Science, Malaysia.
Her passion and drive for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is evident through
engagement at industry DEI programs and supporting WomeninTech Chapter as
an EXCO member.
During her tenure at SAP, she was the Chapter Lead for SAP Business Women’s
Network (BWN) - Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China the largest SAP employee
engagement group.
She continues to focus and support efforts on Sustainability through championing
the focus as representative of FPT Malaysia for DEI Workstream at CEO Action
Network Malaysia.
Also, a member of National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia
(NAWEM) and a Program Lead of the Women in Tech, Malaysia Chapter.
In her free time, she mentors externally and contributes edifying articles for local
publications.
Was awarded the Best Ally Award – 2022 from Women in Tech Asia Pacific
association. At SAP’s FY 2023 Asia Pacific & Japan Sales Kickoff, she received the
President’s Award for SAP’s Credo of Being Inclusive.
Helen is also acknowledged by the King of Malaysia for her contribution to IT. See
