As Vice President of Global Alliances & Partner Ecosystem at Dell Technologies, Manish Gupta leads the execution of the company’s partnership strategy in the Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China region.

In this role, Manish helps to extend the reach of Dell Technologies' capabilities, combining the company’s cutting-edge technology with its partners unique expertise to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.

In March 2025, Manish was honoured to be recognized in the 2025 Channel Chiefs Asia list by CRN Asia. This acknowledgment highlights the work he and his team have done to drive partner success, foster strong solution provider relationships, and shape channel strategy across APAC.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Manish has established a reputation as a visionary leader, skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships. His diverse professional background includes leadership roles at IBM and Lenovo, where he led large business teams across global markets.

In addition to his professional achievements, Manish is passionate about fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity. As the Executive Sponsor of the PRIDE Employee Resource Group in India, Manish is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees. He is also a thought leader on emerging technologies and frequently represents Dell Technologies in industry forums.

As a Fulbright scholar and recipient of the Fulbright – Nehru Fellowship for Leadership in Management, Manish has had the opportunity to travel extensively and gain valuable insights on people, culture, technology, and business. His academic background includes a B.E. degree from Panjab University and a Postgraduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
