Ananth Lazarus is the Managing Director of the Global Technology Distribution Council and Founder & President of Partner Plexus. With 30+ years in senior roles at Microsoft, IBM, and Compaq, he has driven technology growth across the Asia Pacific.

Ananth specializes in end-to-end management, P&L, sales, and marketing, helping tech companies scale and achieve sustainable growth. His diverse experience across roles, geographies, and cultures, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, has fueled breakthroughs and turnarounds. At Microsoft, he led APAC’s largest Ecosystem Cloud transformation after serving as Managing Director for Malaysia, developing expertise across Enterprise, Commercial, SMBs, and startups.

Now, he focuses on helping technology companies land, launch, and scale across APJ and globally, leveraging his deep insights in ecosystem-driven transformation to drive sustainable growth.

Andy has lived and worked in Singapore for 26 years. In his most recent role, Andy leads the corporate segment sales in Asia Pacific for Google Cloud at Google.

In 2014, Andy and his co-founder decided to set up a cloud consultancy and a cloud-managed services company, Cloud Comrade. Over the years, Cloud Comrade became a leading Southeast Asian multi-award winning, multi-cloud implementation provider with more than 500 customers, 100 employees & more than 600 projects in several ASEAN countries and beyond.

During his first 11 years in the region, Andy held various management positions with SAP. At SAP, Andy worked with Asia’s most prominent customers and partners in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions.

Lee Chong Win is Chief Executive Officer of Logicalis Asia Pacific, where he leads strategy and operations across the region. Since assuming the role in 2017 (and expanding his remit to Asia Pacific in 2024), he has guided the organisation through sustained growth, strategic acquisitions, and enterprise-wide transformation, repositioning it as a leading digital and technology solutions provider.

With over 25 years in the ICT industry, Win has a strong track record of leading organisations through complex, multi-market environments. He combines commercial discipline with a focus on long-term capability building, and is recognised for translating technology into practical business outcomes while strengthening resilience and adaptability.

Prior to joining Logicalis, he held senior regional leadership roles at NCR Corporation, F5, Avaya, and Nortel, spanning general management, sales, and services across Asia Pacific.

Win is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore and INSEAD. He builds high-performing teams and helps organisations navigate technology-driven change with clarity and confidence.

Gary Hang is the Head of channels at HP, based in Singapore, with responsibility for driving overall channel strategy across Greater Asia. He brings extensive experience in partner ecosystem development, SMB growth, and go‑to‑market execution, working closely with partners to deliver sustainable business outcomes and customer value. Gary is actively involved in regional partner leadership initiatives, including the HP Partner Leadership Club (PLC) and is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and strong focus on execution. He was also recognized as a CRN Asia Channel Leader for 2025.

Mr Howie Lau is Chief Corporate Development and Synergy Officer for NCS Group, with oversight of marketing, communications, partnerships, M&A, post-merger, sustainability, innovation centres, government relations and organisational development. He is also responsible for the business in China and Hong Kong.

Prior to this, he was the Assistant Chief Executive of Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore, a government agency responsible for the technology, telco and media industries as well as Singapore’s digital economy. He was previously the Head of Consumer business and Chief Marketing Officer at StarHub, and Chief Marketing Officer for Lenovo Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific/Latin America.

He serves on a number of boards and advisory committees with a focus on youth development and technology. Howie graduated from National University of Singapore and has a postgraduate MA in Asian Art History from Lasalle College of the Arts and Goldsmiths University of London. He has been recognised as IT leader of the Year 2020 by Singapore Computer Society, and the Philip Kotler marketing excellence award 2018 and NUS outstanding alumni award 2009.

Jason Brouwers joined World Wide Technology (WWT) in February 2020 as Head of Asia Pacific, where he is responsible for driving business transformation and growth across the region.

In his role, Jason leads efforts to deliver innovative technology products, services, and AI-powered solutions that enable leading enterprises to modernize their IT environments, unlock new business opportunities, and accelerate their digital journeys. Under his leadership, WWT continues to expand its presence in Asia Pacific, helping organizations harness the full potential of advanced technologies — including cloud, security, and artificial intelligence — to compete and thrive in an increasingly dynamic global economy.

Jason brings with him over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to leading the WWT business in Asia Pacific Jason served as Cisco’s Managing Director, Commercial/Large Enterprise Line of Business in Australia. He has also held many enterprise sales and sales leadership roles over the years.

John is an experienced Sales enthusiast with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, audio visual and IT professional services industry. Malis Selamat serves as the Managing Director for ASEAN, Greater China, and Korea at Sophos. In this capacity, she oversees regional revenue performance, strategic market development, and the execution of gotomarket initiatives across highly diverse and fastgrowing markets. Malis works closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to strengthen cyber resilience and support longterm business transformation.

Prior to joining Sophos, Malis held several senior leadership roles at Google, including Head of Corporate for Southeast Asia, Country Manager for the Philippines and Vietnam, and Head of Web3/Gaming for ASEAN. She also brings extensive leadership experience from global technology companies such as VMware, McAfee, Citrix, and Qlik. With more than 25 years of experience spanning enterprise, commercial, and channel segments, Malis has a strong track record of driving sustainable growth and building highperforming, customercentric organizations.

She is widely recognized for her commitment to people development and her ability to cultivate future leaders. Malis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling, and is currently learning to play the ukulele. She resides in Singapore with her husband and two children.

Mark Tan is the Vice President and Country General Manager of Tech Data Distribution Singapore and Tec D Malaysia, responsible for all aspects of business operations, growth strategy and overall performance. This includes driving countrylevel alignment with global initiatives such as commercial excellence, digital engagement, and specialist go-to-market capabilities.

Mark joined Tech Data in 2020 following its acquisition of Innovix Distribution. A progressive leader with over two decades of experience in the technology and distribution sector, Mark is recognised for his ability to translate global frameworks into practical, locally relevant execution across diverse markets. Mark is focused on driving the evolution of the IT channel across Asia by elevating channel maturity, strengthening vendor partnerships, and shaping the growth of cloud, SaaS, professional services, and public-sector engagement. He believes that Southeast Asia is entering a golden age of tech acceleration.

Beyond the boardroom, Mark is an advocate for talent development and champions the development of future-ready capabilities. Mark is allergic to complacency and believes that being bold and curious are key for success. Mark holds an honors degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, golf, music, and wine appreciation.

Michelle Saw is the Vice President of GTM and Ecosystems for Japan and Asia Pacific at Palo Alto Networks, a position she has held since February 2023. In this role, her focus is to execute Palo Alto Networks GTM sales and ecosystems strategy, to support customers' business transformation with a better security posture.

Michelle brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, with a notable 16-year tenure at Dell Technologies, as Vice President of Dell Technologies Select for Asia Pacific and Japan, where she led efforts to integrate Dell Technologies' expertise and resources to deliver transformative business outcomes for strategic global customers. Under her leadership, the Dell Technologies Select business evolved into a multi-billion dollar segment, a testament to her exceptional leadership and commitment to customer success.

Recognized for her strong leadership and influential presence, Michelle has made significant contributions both within her organization and in the broader technology community. At Dell, she was the executive sponsor for the Women in Action Singapore Employee Resource Group and actively promoted sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. Her contributions extend to the marketplace, where she is a founding committee member of SG Women in Tech and a recipient of the SG Top 100 Women in Tech award. Michelle is also a dedicated mentor, supporting various mentoring programs and networking initiatives aimed at nurturing talent and fostering diversity.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of London. Prior to her successful career at Dell Technologies, she accumulated 16 years of experience at HDS, holding various roles from customer support to operations and ultimately serving as General Manager for ASEAN countries.

Based in Singapore, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and their three sons, Matthew, Marcus, and Michael. Nelson Soon serves as Proofpoint's Vice President of Channels and Alliances for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) and oversees the company’s channel and alliance operations across the APJ theatre.

Based in Singapore, Nelson has over 20 years of experience in regional channel development and management. He is recognised as an industry veteran and transformational leader with exceptional technology knowledge and market insights.

Mr. Soon has been named to CRN’s Channel Leaders List APAC 2025. Prior to Proofpoint, Nelson held various senior channel leadership positions at several prominent technology companies, including Imperva (now part of Thales), Gigamon, Extreme Networks, Ixia and Agilent Technologies.

Ravi Bharadwaj serves as Vice President for Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China at Dell Technologies, overseeing Channel and Global Alliance. In this role, Ravi is responsible for building and managing a dynamic partner ecosystem, driving business growth, and fostering strategic alliances across the region.

He is based out of Singapore. With over two decades at Dell, Ravi has held several pivotal leadership roles, showcasing his ability to drive innovation, lead complex integrations, and deliver impactful results. Notably, he spearheaded the OEM business across APJ and Greater China, enabling customers and partners to co-design solutions by embedding their intellectual property and accelerating innovation to market.

As the APJ Dell-EMC Integration Lead, Ravi successfully managed the regional execution of the world’s largest technology merger. His previous roles include Executive Director for APJ Channel Marketing (SAK & India), General Manager for Small Medium Business, and Site Director for Dell International Services. Ravi brings over 30 years of professional experience spanning sales, marketing, and business development across the office automation, financial services, and automotive sectors. Before joining Dell, he held senior leadership positions at Xerox and ORIX and served as Commercial Director at Fiat Auto.

Throughout his career, Ravi has demonstrated a consistent ability to build highperformance teams, forge strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies across diverse markets and geographies. To stay balanced and energized, Ravi is dedicated to fitness, practicing yoga and always looking to get better at golf

Mr Ho has been with Westcon-Comstor since Dec 2011 when he started Westcon Solutions, the value-added distribution arm of Westcon-Comstor in Asia focusing on Security.

On 1 Apr 2017, Mr Ho took on his current role as Managing Director, Asia and now manages Westcon-Comstor’s Security, UCC and Networking businesses. Westcon-Comstor in Asia under Mr Ho’s coverage today spans more than 20 cities in 11 markets with revenues of more than USD750M.

Mr Ho started out in 1994 working in the capital markets group of DBS Bank carrying out corporate finance and corporate advisory work. Prior to joining Westcon-Comstor, he held the post of executive director and CFO of Multi-Chem Limited, a listed company in Singapore. He is one of the founding members of M.Tech, an IT security distribution company and a subsidiary of Multi-Chem, which he led from its commencement in May 2002 to June 2011.

In recognition of long standing leaders who have been instrumental in the development and enhancement of the ASEAN IT channel, Mr Ho was inducted into Channel Asia Hall of Fame in Dec 2021. Over the past 20 years, Mr Ho sat on the board of 1 to 2 SGX listed companies at various times as an independent director, including Challenger Technologies Limited (2003-2013) and Kim Heng Limited (2013-2023).

 He currently sits on the board of the listed Far East Group Limited as an independent director and the chairman of the audit committee. He is an accountant by training and is a Chartered Accountant, Singapore and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
