Now, he focuses on helping technology companies land, launch, and scale across APJ and globally, leveraging his deep insights in ecosystem-driven transformation to drive sustainable growth.

Andy has lived and worked in Singapore for 25 years. In his most recent role, Andy leads the corporate segment sales in Asia Pacific for Google Cloud at Google.​ ​

In 2014, Andy and his co-founder decided to set up a cloud consultancy and a cloud-managed services company, Cloud Comrade. Over the years, Cloud Comrade became a leading Southeast Asian multi-award winning, multi-cloud implementation provider with more than 500 customers, 100 employees & more than 600 projects in several ASEAN countries and beyond.​ ​

During his first 11 years in the region, Andy held various management positions with SAP. At SAP, Andy worked with Asia’s most prominent customers and partners in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Andy's passions are technology, customer-centric services and solutions, entrepreneurship, scaling, growth, profitability, governance, security, advisory boards, and working with Asia’s leading companies and organizations.

With nearly two decades of experience in the hypergrowth technology sector, Ashwini Prasad Krishnamurthy has built a distinguished career in technology sales, strategic partnerships, and mentorship. Currently serving as Principal GSI Channel Account Manager, APAC and Japan at Cloudflare, Ashwini is a key member of the APAC Channel leadership team, bringing deep expertise in nurturing alliances and driving partner-led growth across the Asia-Pacific region. Specialising in partner-led revenue growth and purpose-driven leadership, Ashwini has an unprecedented track record of building high-impact partnerships and delivering transformative client value across Asia Pacific and Japan. With expertise spanning SaaS, AI & Automation, and Cybersecurity, she has successfully collaborated with GSIs, Advisory/Consulting Partners, Service Providers, VARs, and Distribution channels. In previous senior channel leadership roles at UiPath, Palo Alto Networks, SolarWinds, and Oracle, Ashwini has led partner-led innovation by managing strategic relationships with global industry leaders such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, SAP, Microsoft, AWS, and Google.

Beyond her professional role, Ashwini is passionate about corporate governance and is an associate member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she actively leads initiatives to empower underrepresented communities in technology. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for CRN Women of the Channel, APJ, championing women in technology through impactful leadership programs.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Ashwini enjoys creating abstract art, exploring photography, and travelling to immerse herself in new cultures and cuisines.

General Manager and Technology Leader
IBM ASEAN

Catherine Lian, a technology veteran with over two decades of experience, is the General Manager and Technology Leader for IBM ASEAN which includes Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam to lead all strategic and operational decisions related to IBM's sales, services, and delivery operations. As a part of her mission, Catherine works with clients and key stakeholders in the region to leverage hybrid cloud and AI technologies to help them further accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Prior to joining IBM Malaysia in 2019, she held leadership roles at Dell Technologies, overseeing markets in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indochina and Cambodia.

Catherine's stint with leadership roles in the IT Industry began at Dell Technologies, where she worked for the past two decades before joining IBM Malaysia. She has also held various management roles within Dell Technologies, covering the South Asia markets, including Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indochina, and Cambodia. Throughout her career, Catherine has been consistently recognised as the key leader in the IT industry, helping and enabling clients to innovate and succeed.

Catherine is a strong advocate for women in leadership in the IT Industry and was recognised at the Channel Asia Women in ICT Awards 2020 as the Highly Commended winner under the achievement category in the ASEAN region. She continues to mentor aspiring talents, believing that by leading the way, aspirants are empowered to create thriving and sustainable communities.

Catherine has been appointed as the PIKOM (The National Tech Association of Malaysia) Councillor in 2021. She has since held key positions in the association, including Chairman for Women in Tech 2022, Chairman for Tech Fest 2022 and Deputy Chairman for IR 4.0 SIG 2022. In 2022 Prestige Magazine Malaysia recognised Catherine as one amongst the 100 of nation's most influential Women of Power.

She is also recognised as the winner of Channel Asia Women in ICT Awards under the Achievement category. Catherine won this award in recognition of a management career spanning more than two decades in Malaysia and South Asia, built on the foundations of business growth, customer success and individual mentoring.

In 2023, Catherine was recognised as one of the five most influential Women in Tech by Tech Wire Asia and she has been honoured with the Women in Tech Award from the prestigious World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) Global Innovation and Tech Excellence Awards in 2023.

Logicalis

Lee Chong-Win assumed the role of CEO for Asia at Logicalis in December 2017, and took on the role of CEO for Asia Pacific in June 2024, overseeing all subsidiary operations within the region. With over two decades of extensive experience in sales and general management in the ICT industry, Win has spearheaded multiple organisations through high impact growth and turnarounds. Prior to his tenure at Logicalis, he held the position of Vice President, Sales for the Asia Pacific & Japan region at NCR Corporation.​ ​

Before that, Win served as the Regional Vice President for ASEAN (South East Asia) at F5 Networks. His journey in the technology sector encompasses a broad spectrum of roles, including services, product management, product marketing, and sales, at industry giants such as Avaya and Nortel. He culminated his tenure at Avaya as Managing Director for ASEAN, achieving remarkable milestones in the organisation's trajectory.​ ​

Win is an alumnus of INSEAD and holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Dean Cunningham is the Senior Director of Partner Sales at Juniper Networks, where he heads up the company’s Partner Channel organization across APAC.

With over 25 years of experience across the networking industry in ANZ and APAC, Dean has held various roles across a broad range of companies within the industry’s ecosystem.

In his role spearheading Juniper’s channel organization across APAC, he is focused on driving the company’s strategic direction of transformation, velocity and growth for the channel, while incorporating a uniquely local and regionally centric lens.

This includes placing a strong emphasis on the enablement of Juniper’s channel ecosystem both internally and externally from a health perspective. This stems from a belief that when your stakeholders are healthy, engaged and switched on – positive business objectives and results will subsequently naturally flow.

Prior to Juniper, Dean last headed up Alliances & Channel Strategy for Veeam Software, as well as having spent time at several service providers, resellers, and vendors. This includes a variety of roles in Sales, Operations, Channel and Alliances at major industry players including Telstra, Polycom and Brocade.

Originally from Sydney, Dean made the move to Singapore over eleven years ago. Married with two teenage children, outside of work Dean tries to combine his love of travel, the outdoors and sport to find uncrowded surfing spots as his getaway.

Mr Howie Lau is Chief Corporate Development and Synergy Officer for NCS Group, with oversight of marketing, communications, partnerships, M&A, post-merger, sustainability, innovation centres, government relations and organisational development. He is also responsible for the business in China and Hong Kong.

Prior to this, he was the Assistant Chief Executive of Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore, a government agency responsible for the technology, telco and media industries as well as Singapore’s digital economy. He was previously the Head of Consumer business and Chief Marketing Officer at StarHub, and Chief Marketing Officer for Lenovo Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific/Latin America.

He serves on a number of boards and advisory committees with a focus on youth development and technology. Howie graduated from National University of Singapore and has a postgraduate MA in Asian Art History from Lasalle College of the Arts and Goldsmiths University of London. He has been recognised as IT leader of the Year 2020 by Singapore Computer Society, and the Philip Kotler marketing excellence award 2018 and NUS outstanding alumni award 2009.

Mr Ho has been with Westcon-Comstor since Dec 2011 when he started Westcon Solutions, the value-added distribution arm of Westcon-Comstor in Asia focusing on Security. On 1 Apr 2017, Mr Ho took on his current role as Managing Director, Asia and now manages Westcon-Comstor’s Security, UCC and Networking businesses. Westcon-Comstor in Asia under Mr Ho’s coverage today spans more than 20 cities in 11 markets with revenues of more than USD700M.

Mr Ho started out in 1994 working in the capital markets group of DBS Bank carrying out corporate finance and corporate advisory work. Prior to joining Westcon-Comstor, he held the post of executive director and CFO of Multi-Chem Limited, a listed company in Singapore. He is one of the founding members of M.Tech, an IT security distribution company and a subsidiary of Multi-Chem, which he led from its commencement in May 2002 to June 2011. In recognition of long standing leaders who have been instrumental in the development and enhancement of the ASEAN IT channel, Mr Ho was inducted into Channel Asia Hall of Fame in Dec 2021.

Over the past 20 years, Mr Ho sat on the board of 1 to 2 SGX listed companies at various times as an independent director. He currently sits on the board of the listed Far East Group Limited as an independent director and the chairman of the audit committee. He is an accountant by training and is a Chartered Accountant, Singapore and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
